Orders, accounts and designs
When you place an order, we use the contact, delivery and order information you provide to process payment, make your deck, arrange delivery and provide support. If you create an account, we store your account details and the designs saved while signed in. Saved artwork and order design snapshots are used to provide the editor and fulfil your selected design. These records are not public search pages.
PayPal processes payments through its own service. Payment, delivery and hosting providers may process information needed to supply their services. You can review PayPal’s privacy notice before using its payment service.
Necessary storage
The website uses necessary cookies and storage to maintain sign-in, the shopping cart, editor sessions and security. These functions can operate whether you allow or reject analytics. Project files you download remain on your device unless you later upload or import them.
Optional Google Analytics
Google Analytics 4 is used only after you select Allow analytics. It helps us understand visits to public pages and ordering steps, including opening the designer, saving a design, adding a deck to the cart, starting checkout and a paid order confirmation. Events use fixed product information, amounts and a pseudonymous transaction identifier. We do not intentionally send your name, email, delivery address, artwork, design identifiers, account identifier, order key or URL query parameters to Analytics.
When you allow analytics, Google receives technical information such as browser and device details and the connection information required to receive the request. Analytics uses cookies to distinguish visits. Advertising storage, Google Signals and personalised advertising are disabled in this integration. Automatic enhanced measurement is disabled.
Before you allow analytics, our Google Analytics tag is not loaded. Reject analytics leaves it off. You can change your choice using Cookie settings on the Privacy & cookies page, linked from our website footer. Your choice is stored in this browser for up to 180 days. Withdrawing permission stops future collection on this website and removes the Analytics cookies set for this site; it does not automatically erase information already received by Google.
Google processes Analytics information through its services and may process it in countries other than your own. Read Google’s privacy policy and Google Analytics data safeguards for details.
Retention and requests
Order, account, design and service records are retained as needed to provide the service and meet relevant accounting, legal and security obligations. Contact info@customfingerboard.com to request access, correction or deletion of your personal information, or to ask about a particular record. Information that must be retained for an applicable obligation may not be deleted immediately.
Do not upload sensitive personal information or artwork you do not have permission to use. This notice will be updated as website features or service providers change.
